In case of emergency we would recommend that all clients carry out the following actions :
- In case of fire or danger to health & safety - switch the equipment off at the isolator or electrical distribution board.
- Call for specialist help.
Clients who have a maintenance contract with us have access to our 24 hour 365 day per year emergency callout service. In case of emergency these clients should :
- In normal working hours (9 to 5 - Monday to Friday excluding holidays) - Call 01706 367 500
- Outside normal working hours - Call the emergency callout service number issued to you in your welcome pack.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide outside normal hours emergency callout service to clients who do not have a maintenance contract with us.
