Located in the rapidly expanding Buckshaw Village in Lancashire, Rutherford Point is a three storey office development of high specification office space. 

Celsius were engaged as part of the initial build process to provide Mitsubishi split type air conditioning systems  and Mitsubishi Lossnay ventilation systems to all office areas.

37 off Mitsubishi split type cassette and wall mounted systems were installed air conditioning were installed over three floors.

Multiple Mitsubishi Lossnay heat exchange ventilation systems together with toilet and kitchen extract systems were  also installed.
