Mitsubishi Electric - M Series

Overview

Designed to heat or cool small to medium sized applications, the R410A M series range provides a versatile yet affordable air conditioning solution.

Quick to install and also one of the quietest units on the market (as low as 21dBA), this newly designed attractive range offers the perfect way to ensure a comfortable environment with the minimum of disruption.

The entire range uses the ozone friendly R410A refrigerant which has zero ozone depletion potential and every model type is available with inverter technology which can achieve a reduction of up to 30% in power consumption compared with conventional systems

All the inverter systems are registered on the Energy Technology List which enables clients to qualify for up to 100% first year enhanced capital allowances on the total cost of the system.

One of the most important features of the new 2005 inverter range is the adoption of a new version of A Control, allowing the standardisation of the M Series and P Series ranges, as well as strengthening the remote controller functionality. As a result of this it is now also possible to mix and match M Series and P Series indoor and outdoor units of the same capacity, or use a mix of indoor units from both ranges on an MXZ Multi-Split outdoor unit, allowing for complete design flexibility.

Simple to run and easy to control, the M series range is operated by a user friendly hand held infra red controller. As an option, inverter systems can also be fitted with the new PAR-21MAA Wired Remote Controller

Another major change for 2005 is the adoption of a kW base name system. This standardises the two ranges, previously M Series being measured in BTU and P Series in hp. It also brings the split-systems in line with the City Multi VRF systems, balancing the entire Mitsubishi Electric product range.

The M series units are available with the following indoor unit types:

Wall Mounted

Ceiling Cassette Mounted

Floor or Ceiling Mounted

Ducted

Outdoor units are available as standard one to one or as Multisplits.
